After speaking to his wife, Nathalye Ervine and following his dog, Xandier, to his location, you'll find Ignobert injured and leaning against a boulder:
- "Xandier! Thank the Divines for you, pup! And you as well, stranger. Did he come and find you? He's such a good boy!"
- Your wife sent me. She was worried about you.
- "My Nathalye? Worried about me? Hah! I'll make sure to tell her about that when I get back. If you help me up, Xandier can lead me back home.
Divines watch over you, traveler."
You kneel down and assist Ignobert. He rises and limps off with Xandier in tow, both fading into the distance.
If you later go to Camp Tamrith, Ignobert can be found with Nathalye and Xandier.
