The Madwoman is an insane guest staying at the Chateau of the Ravenous Rodent under Sheogorath. She is one of the possible candidates for eviction, but the real guest who doesn't belong is the noble. You can initially speak to her through the door, but if she is evicted, she will exit and attack you.

Several madwomen can be encountered when you're on the way to light the heirooms.
