A projection of Maelmoth is first seen after pulling the lever at the Meditation Grotto near Kilkreath Temple, where it shows the order in which the tiles must be activated.

His spirit is later encountered directly in Folgunthur Barrow, where he must be fought.

Maelmoth's six-clone version of Shadowy Duplicate

Fright Force

A basic ranged magical attack.

Pool of Shadow

The enemy slams their staff into the ground, creating a pool of dark energy all around them, indicated by a circular AoE, which lingers for a time and deals constant damage when inside.

Shadeway

The enemy casts a spell that launches two slow and heavier-hitting projectiles. This can be interrupted to set the enemy off-balance.

Shadowy Duplicate

Maelmoth uses a unique version of this ability. When the battle begins, Maelmoth teleports to the altar in the center of a circle of six Shadows, which then explode shortly after, indicated by a growing circular AoE under them.

BugsEdit

• The projection of Maelmoth at the Meditation Grotto and his spirit in Folgunthur don't share the same appearance. ^?
