Magnar Child-Eater, also known as "Magnar Bearstorm", is the leader of the pack of werewolves that overran Argent Mine and destroyed the Silver Dawn found inside.
You must kill him during the related quest. He is the delve's boss, and has no unique dialogue. He can be found with a Pack Mystic and Pack Ranger.
