After you collect the ledger of the Fang-Furls Gang, the Averno brothers will have you start causing trouble for Pungent Adder and his gang. Among these things is tainting Pungent Adder's wine which can be found on the docks. You have a few different options of how to go about this, and Omee-Naelix will make herself known once you arrive at the docks:
- Omee-Naelix: "Bilge grubs! Piping hot bilge grubs for sale!"
Speak with Omee-Naelix and check out her product:
- "Got a gullet that needs filling? If you're not too choosy, then look no further! These bilge grubs will settle your stomach! There's the smell of low tide in every bite!"
- What are bilge grubs?
- "They're a good source of fuel for the working people of Leyawiin, of course! Once they realize how much energy and nourishment is in each grub, they'll forget about that privy-house scent!

If you decide to talk to her again:
- "Well, that was my last skewer! Another day serving … mostly satisfied customers!"
Once you have the Bilge-Grub Skewer, you can place it in the barrel to ruin the wine.
