Onimiril is a High Elf mage who can be found in Auridon near his retreat northwest of Skywatch and south of Dawnbreak. He is a former member of the Mages Guild, who was expelled after dealing with dark magic. Several decades ago, he murdered Bralen Elendis once the Dunmer discovered that Onimiril had stolen the Dwemer relic from him.
The mage became obsessed with unlocking the secrets of the puzzle box and will attack you if you encounter him at his retreat during the related quest.
