Peexalt is an Argonian of the Root-Whisper Tribe who can be found during the Mists's Burned Village Mural during a dream-wallow vision. He has found himself trapped within a storehouse.
He can later be found participating in the ritual to create the Remnant of Argon. He dies while defending it from the Ayleids.
