Rakhad is a Khajiit running a skooma trading operation from inside a cave located near the settlement of S'ren-ja. He supplies Dune and Hadran's Caravan with the drug.
Through Krin Ren-dro, he is trying to open distribution lines to Pact and Covenant lands. He also keeps contact with Veiled Heritance soldiers to export skooma to Auridon.
Prior to becoming a full-time drug lord, Rakhad was the personal assistant of Clan Mother Shuzura, who viewed Rakhad's help during his tenure as invaluable. However, even back then, he was already running skooma deals behind her back. Eventually, he was found out and banished from the town.

- The pet ranger blows a horn and summons an animal companion to fight. This animal is usually appropriate to the zone the pet ranger appears in. The animal will instantly die if the pet ranger is killed. The pet ranger can only have one animal companion at a time.

- The pet ranger may perform a roll dodge to avoid attacks.
- Trap Beast
- The pet ranger places a trap which deal magic damage and roots you in place if you walk into it. Performing a roll dodge will break the trap.
