Spiderkith Brood Nurses are Spiderkith mages that serve Mephala. They can be encountered in the College of Sapiarchs, though one can be found guarding Mephala's Barrier in the Psijic Relic Vaults. They summon Skein Spiders.

- A basic ranged attack dealing low poison damage.
- Summon Spider
- The brood nurse raises their hand as red magic appears around them, culminating in a Skein Spider being summoned. The spider has the same amount of health as their summoner.
- Empower
- The brood nurse channels a spell at their summoned spider, healing and increasing the damage output of the spider. Throughout the channel, a large growing AoE appears around the spider. Once it reaches maximum build, the spider explodes, dealing high poison damage. This ability can be interrupted to set the brood nurse off-balance.
