Splash Fighter Supreme is awarded for destroying two Sea Orbs within five seconds during the battle with Varallion in Veteran Coral Aerie.
The Sea Orbs occasionally spawn at the edge of the arena, slowly follow one of group members and explode on contact. One orb will have to be kited around for some time until another one appears.
