The Storm Incarnate is an Incarnate transformed into a living embodiment of storm as a natural disaster by Sister Celdina with the use of the Riven Cataclyst. This Incarnate is found at the base of the Order of the Waking Flame in Fort Grief. It appears after Valkynaz Nokvroz leaves and the chamber is entered.
