The Screeching Matron is a giant armored clannfear and one of the Patrolling Horrors found in the Elven Gardens District of the Imperial City. She appears to spawn at the central crossroads.
She has a chance to drop the Antiquity lead for Malacath's Brutal Rune Core.

- The Screeching Matron quickly leaps at you, causing high physical damage and snaring you.
- Vicious Tail
- The Screeching Matron winds up her tail before swinging it with force around herself, as shown in a large red circle AoE, causing high physical damage and launching you backwards.
- Charge
- The Screeching Matron rushes forward, trampling everything in her path, as indicated by a long red rectangular AoE, dealing high physical damage and knocking you down.
- Summon Brethren
- The Screeching Matron rears her head up as a blue daedric rune appears beneath her, followed by five weaker clannfear being summoned all around her to assist in the fight. They have weak health and can be killed quickly.
