Velark is a Dremora in the service of Mehrunes Dagon. After Krisandra Edrald decided to make a deal with the Daedric Prince, Velark had the entire family abducted and brought to the Deadlands. She also guards the Sigil Stone which allows the Daedra access to Nirn through the Edrald Estate.
