Quick WalkthroughEdit

- Sleep.
- (Optional) Defeat the ghost.
- Return to Plea.
Detailed WalkthroughEdit
Inside The Abecette in the room with the many nine-holes players, you will find one Plea Rufinus. She offers tenet-readings that she claims give her insight into the workings of the Elder Scrolls and Hora, the Nibenese god of fortune. Ask her about a Tenet-reading, and agree to have one. A reading costs 50 drakes. It will be pretty terrible, prophesizing your imminent demise. Although Plea will immediately retract that on noticing a grape stain on one of her cards - switching her prophecy to one of your long and busy life.
The next time you go to sleep, you will be attacked by a ghost. You don't need to kill it, but do return to Plea when able to report your experience. She'll suspect that you got the effects of both the imminent demise and the long life fortune at once, and will give you the card stained by the grape - the Wheel, to prevent such a misreading happening again.
If pressed, Plea will also confess that she isn't a real Tenet-reader, although given the ghost's appearance, she now suspects that she's got the knack.

10 | I met Plea Rufinus, a fortune teller at the Abecette in Anvil. She told me in a Tenet-reading that a grim fate awaited me. She said that death would come the next time I slept. But then she backtracked, saying that she read me the wrong fortune, and that I'd live a long and eventful life. Whatever may come, it cost me 50 drakes.
20 | A ghost attacked me while I slept. That Tenet-reader at the Abecette, Plea Rufinus, said something like this would happen.
100 | When I told Plea Rufinus about the ghost attack, she sounded surprised that both her readings regarding death and life came true. She didn't want to keep the Tenet card which caused this double reading, so she gave it to me to keep.
110 | Plea Rufinus is dead. |
