Enola Colus is an Imperial Sorcerer found lecturing students in Anvil's Guild of Mages. Her spell selection and spellmaking services are restricted to Mages Guild members of Evoker rank or higher.
Enola is apparently a friend of the leader of the Imperial Astrological Society in Anvil, Sarria Caviran. She has been using Sarria's information to experiment with triggering weather changes via the use of Storm Atronach souls, and can put this research to good use in Blocking the View if you are able to bring her one.
