For 60 seconds, opponents in melee range take 8 points frost damage and Stamina damage per second.

Dread Cloak is a greater power that surrounds the caster in frost, causing frost damage to the health and stamina of any enemies within melee range. It was set up to be available to all stage 3 or 4 vampires, but it is not actually implemented in the game.

NotesEdit

• This power is essentially identical to the Frost Cloak spell, with the exception of its zero casting-cost and once-per-day limitation.
• You can only have one Cloak spell of any kind active at a time. Casting a second will cancel the first.
• Like any cloak spell, the effect will continue to the end of its duration even if you sheathe your weapons, and even operates underwater.
