Official DescriptionEdit
Become the God of Thunder. Includes a Mjolnir inspired hammer and Norse Shield Svalinn with 11 new perks, animations and spells along with Hover Mode, a mechanic that allows the player to skirt along the ground like a god. The hammer can be obtained upon defeating The Stormherald in a legendary boss fight the player must overcome at the end of a new large-sized dungeon.
*It is recommended to reach Level 25 before challenging The Stormherald and claiming Mjolnir for yourself. The dungeon can be found Southwest of Cradle Stone Tower; to access the dungeon you must have completed the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller Quest. *
Mjolnir's Enchantment:
Left and right power attacks fire waves of lightning.
Backward power attacks while Mjolnir is equipped to the right hand will throw Mjolnir, which returns to you after impacting something and applies Curse to targets on hit.
Forward power attacks teleport you forward a short distance.
Light attacks will call down lightning strikes on targets affected by Curse.
Standing power attacks summon a lightning strike that applies the Curse to nearby targets.
Stormtrance:
Stormtrance Power is unlocked when acquiring directly after Mjolnir or from Stormherald's Shrine at Storm's Rest if you have already acquired Mjolnir.
While in Stormtrance you'll gain access to new dragon priest style hover movement and attack animations. Mjolnir will be used as a staff to call down lightning strikes on enemies that apply Curse on hit. You'll also gain access to a handful of new spells such as teleportation and telekinesis. In this form, Magicka regen and Destruction spell damage is greatly improved at the cost of Stamina slowly being drained over time. Once Stamina is depleted, you'll return back to normal form. However, killing targets with Curse restores a small amount of Stamina. To exit Stormtrance at any time press the crouch button and to perform the teleport dash press the sprint button while moving forward.
Svalinn: Hits blocked store energy up to 15 hits blocked separating into 3 tiers of power. When enough hits are blocked performing a power bash will fire out a bolt of chain lightning that applies curse [sic] to multiple targets in an AOE. If fired in the air it changes the weather to a storm. Magic spells blocked have a chance to be reflected back at the attacker. Higher energy stored will increase spell reflect chance.
Stormherald Armor: Improves the Mjolnir throw allowing it to bounce between 4 nearby enemies before returning. Taking damage has a chance to call down a lightning strike that applies Curse to the attacker.
All above mentioned powers can be upgraded with dragon souls at Storm's Rest found north of The Lover Stone once the Proving Worth quest has been completed.
