For the Morrowind, Tribunal, and Bloodmoon versions of these creatures, see this, this, and this page.

BonewalkerEdit
"Bonewalkers are animated corpses, their structure reinforced with more bones taken from other dead. They are unique to Morrowind and considered an equivalent of the zombies; however they are much more fast and dangerous than zombies. The Dunmer summon their ancestor spirits to inflesh into bonewalkers, that is why they don't consider summoning Bonewalkers to be a necromancy. It also gives bonewalkers magical powers, and the greater bonewalkers possess a much-feared ability to damage their foes' strength." — Gwynern of Gah Sadrith

LichEdit
Liches are formerly mortal wizards who were able to gain immortality through undeath. They come in several varieties: the plaguebearer lich can infect you with several diseases; the greater lich is even deadlier, as it is able to continually regenerate health and magicka and can summon a number of different undead to aid it.

MummyEdit
Mummies are the embalmed dead found across tamriel, from Cyrodiilic barrowguards found in old colovian barrows to Morrowind's mummified ashlanders found in their ancestral burial grounds. Regardless of their origin, most mummies are fairly weak, although plaguebearer mummies can infect the unwary with a remarkable range of diseases. Barrowguard minotaurs are the exception to this, as they are significantly stronger than their human counterparts.
