Detailed WalkthroughEdit
Silniel the Maven tells you that a client has asked the guild to acquire the Poisoneater Robe belonging to Angon Sadas. Sadas is a rancher at Sadas Plantation and keeps the robe around in case the netch start being difficult. She goes on to say that the robe will probably be locked in his closet if he's not wearing it.
The fastest way to Sadas Plantation is probably to take a boat to Tel Ouada, then a river strider to Port Telvannis and then another river strider to the plantation.
Angon Sadas himself is found in Tel Sadas but the robe is not with him. Instead, head to Angon Sadas' Manor on the west side of the plantation, near the river strider platform. His robe is locked in a closet that can be tricky to access because Llereve Sadas stands by it all the time. However you manage to retrieve it, head back to Silniel with it.
Silniel is pleased with your efforts and rewards you with three Quality Potions of Shadow, two points of Thieves Guild reputation and a disposition bump of ten points.
