Attia Saradelphin is an Imperial Noble found within the Chapel of Kynareth in Helnim. As a novice of the Imperial Cult, Attia has at some point visited Tel Muthada to proselytise. Here, she caught the eye of Simund the Singer, a performer at the town's tavern. He has been unable to sing anything but sad songs since her return to Helnim, and his attempts to reunite with Attia feature during the events of the quest A Nord's Sad Song.
By her own admission, Attia is from a wealthy family, and the idea of marrying a barbarian and heathen initially concerns her. Yet if you choose to assist the two in their exchange of messages, then the partnership can be successful.
