Hrothdor seeks a killer.

Quick WalkthroughEdit

1. Speak to Hrothdor outside Akamora's Morag Tong guildhall about place a writ.
2. Talk to Vaden Salothril, then return to Hrothdor and either:
   • Tell him his writ has been rejected (ends quest, no reward).
   • Lie, and say you'll carry out the writ.
3. Travel to Sailen to find Idrenie Odalyn.
4. Either:
   • Give her the Request for a Writ (ends quest, 300 gold).
5. Or:
   1. Kill her and take Idrenie's Amulet.
   2. (Optional) Defeat Treram Odalyn.
6. Bring the amulet to Hrothdor at the Laughing Goblin in Akamora for 1,500 gold.

• Taking the kill route of this quest while a member of the Morag Tong will result in your expulsion.

10		I met a Nord named Hrothdor in Akamora and agreed to help him place a writ with the local Morag Tong guild.
20		I talked with Vaden Salothril, the master of the Akamora Morag Tong, and he made clear that Hrothdor's request did not meet the standards necessary for an official Writ of Execution.
25		As the master of the Akamora Morag Tong is dead, there is no one able to accept Hrothdor's request.
30		I lied to Hrothdor and told him his request was accepted. He believed I am going to carry out his writ for Idrenie Odalyn in Sailen, and requested that I take her amulet in order to prove the job was done.
40		Idrenie is dead.
100	Finishes quest	Hrothdor was deeply upset that I couldn't make any headway with his request.
105	Finishes quest	Hrothdor is dead.
110	Finishes quest	I warned Idrenie that Hrothdor was trying to get her killed. She rewarded me with some coins and said she would go into hiding for a while.
120	Finishes quest	Hrothdor was ecstatic that Idrenie is dead, especially since he believes it was done legally. He paid me for the job.
125	Finishes quest	I told Hrothdor that Idrenie was dead, but as it was not done legally, he was unwilling to reward me.
145	Finishes quest	Upon talking to a Morag Tong master, I learned I'd been expelled for taking Hrothdor's 'writ'.
150	Finishes quest	Because I posed as a Morag Tong member in order to complete Hrothdor's 'writ', I was told that I will not get a second chance with the Morag Tong if I am expelled.
