Deram Drelas is a Dark Elf smith and Hireling of House Telvanni who runs his store in Port Telvannis. If you have agreed with Reram Vares in Akamora to keep quiet about giving a cursed amulet to Ainab Guls, Deram is one of the three Port Telvannis merchants who are willing to give you a discount.
For armor, he wears a bonemold cuirass, greaves, pair of boots, and left bracer. For clothing, he wears a pair of common pants and an expensive belt. He wields an iron claymore, and carries a Telvanni molecrab right pauldron, plus the repair hammers he stocks in his store.
