Quick WalkthroughEdit
- Talk to Bradasou Rethre and find out why he's upset.
- Find him the drinks he wants.
- (optional) Rat him out to the guards.
Detailed WalkthroughEdit
It seems the production of the Nethre-Pulu Egg Mine has been well below required levels lately; in fact you can find a note about it in the supply shack. Not content with threatening to sell his workers into slavery, the manager of the mine has banned all alcohol too.
One miner in particular, Bradasou Rethre, isn't going to accept this and will ask you to supply him with five bottles of alcohol. He asks you to put the drink into the chest by his bed so his fellow miners won't suspect him.
Any alcohol will do, but Bradasou has a liking for wine and brandy. If the bottles you give him includes one of the following, your final reward will be much larger:
- Ancient Dagoth Brandy
- Free Estates Wine
- Plallo's Vineyard Wine
- Surilie Brothers
- Tamika's Cellar Fine Wine
- Twin Moons Wine
- Vintage Brandy
- Wolfsblood Wine
Once you have acquired the drink, put it in Bradasou's chest and talk to him again. For five ordinary bottles, he will reward you with his ring and 55 gold. If you gave him at least one bottle of the good stuff, you get 500 drakes plus the ring. In either case, his disposition towards you jumps by 20 points.
The Teetotal ApproachEdit
At any point after receiving the quest, you can tell the guard in the mine about Bradasou's request. The guard will give you 60 gold and the chest in Bradasou's shack will disappear. If you talk to Bradasou after ratting him out, his disposition will drop by 20.
If you rat him out to the guard but haven't put the drink in the chest, the guard's disposition will drop by 5.
NotesEdit
- After you tell Bradasou you have put his drink in the chest, it gains a 40 point lock. You can pick this and take your drink back, but be careful you are not seen.

10 | At the Nethre-Pulu eggmine, I met a mer called Bradasou Rethre. He was in a bad mood, and when I asked him why he explained that it was because the Telvanni overseers had forbidden the miners from drink while their production had fallen.
20 | I agreed to smuggle in some drink to the Nethre-Pulu mine for Bradasou Rethre. He says I should hide five bottles in the chest under his hammock: he doesn't want the other miners to rat him out if they see some drink on his person.
30 | I have hidden the drink in Bradasou Rethre's chest.
40 | Bradasou Rethre thanked me for getting him some drink, and rewarded me.
