Llandesa Romoran is an aggravated Dunmer ore miner, who is in the process of making a complaint at the East Empire Company offices in Old Ebonheart. She can be found in the office of Cassynderia Lys, and is somewhat upset by the false promises apparently made to Great House Redoran with regards to a recent ebony mine purchase.
"Many promises were made, promises of riches from ebony. No ebony was found in the entire mine, just worthless rocks. I will not tell you this mine's name nor where it lies. We demand a full refund of what we paid, all three hundred thousand Septims. I will not leave until I have it."
