Onvos Dovyn, a Syvvit Tong member who has earned the ire of the local temple

Onvos Dovyn is a Dunmer trader who has set up shop outside the temple in Vhul, to the chagrin of the priest, Lloryno Norom, who will commission you to ensure the mer leaves. Onvos is also one of the Dunmer who has supposedly swindled the Nord, Honns, and can be persuaded to return one of Honn's items, as part of the quest Honns in Luck.
