Ranosa Orrels is a Dark Elf enchanter and Wizard of the Mages Guild who can be found at the Guild Hall in Akamora. She has numerous services, but will only offer them to those who are of Conjurer rank or higher within the Mages Guild.
Ranosa's quests are primarily concerned with meeting a contractual demand for paralysis resistance potions from the local town guard, which in turn frees up Mages Guild members to continue their research. Her own particular interests appear to include vampires, and she will send you to find one to talk to.
