Vohur is a Wood Elf Necromancer found within Ghand cavern. Believed by the Mages Guild to be dead, he has since accosted the Mages Guild member Missa Rhyle sent to obtain his possessions. Vohur will be encountered during Ghost in a Gem, where you are sent to rescue Missa. Vohur appears to have been experimenting on the process of binding ghosts (rather than just soul energy) into soul gems, and expresses a desire to make you his latest subject.
He carries the enchanted Vohur's Glove and the Blade of the Hidden on his person.
