Template:Faction Category
Summary
Adds the default information and links to the top of Faction category pages. Assumes that NAMESPACE:Factions_x exists, where x is the initial letter of the faction being specified. Also adds the category to [[Category:NAMESPACE-Factions]], or [[Category:NAMESPACE-Factions-Other]] with an appropriate sort key.
Parameters
| Parameter | Scope | Description |
|---|---|---|
| page | optional | The name of the faction page to link to, without the namespace (which will be taken from ns_base, below). |
| mod | optional | The name of the mod for categories like Skyrim-Dragonborn-Factions. |
| letter | optional | The letter of the faction page to link to for mods. For example, if the faction name is DLC2PillarBuilderFaction, you would set this to P. |
| majorfaction | optional | Set this value to 1 to omit the "-Other" when categorizing. |
| faction | optional | The name of the faction to use. Should only be necessary if the Category page does not follow the traditional -Factions-faction name style, such as for disambiguations, documentation or testing. |
| ns_base | optional | The namespace to use. Defaults to the namespace found in the category's page name. As with faction, this should only be necessary for documentation and testing. |
