Falx Smitius is an Imperial traveling trader who has been walking Veloth's Path with fellow Imperial, Valgo Catius. Following a conversation with a Dunmer priest that apparently turned sour, he has come down with a curse that saps his Willpower. Curing Falx of his affliction is the central aim of the quest A Will to Go On.
