Valgo Catius is an Imperial trader who has been journeying along Veloth's Path with his companion, Falx Smitius. The two have stopped in Indal-ruhn following Falx's lapse into an intense depression - one Valgo blames on the curse of a Dark Elf priest the two encountered earlier along the road. Valgo will ask you to seek a cure for Falx, beginning the short quest A Will to Go On.
