Filled with powerful weapons and objects of fame, the Bedlam Veil is the trophy house of Fa-Nuit-Hen. Very few visiting warriors are given access to the veil, though the ones that do describe it as a triumph of martial curation.
Bedlam Veil

Bedlam Veil is a demiplane and group dungeon accessed from a portal in Wrothgar.

It is part of the realm of Maelstrom and is where Fa-Nuit-Hen keeps their trophies. A cult known as the Blind Path have invaded and are searching for something. The entrance is located northeast of Siege Road Wayshrine, along the walls of Old Orsinium.

It is included in the Scions of Ithelia DLC alongside Oathsworn Pit.

Northern Foundation CoreEdit

The first pull occurs here, consisting of a Blind Path Hollow Sentinel, two Blind Cult Frost Archers, and two Blind Path Champions. The portal to the next area opens once the enemies are dead.

Western Foundation CoreEdit

This pull consists of two Blind Path Glaziers, three Glass Shards, and Blind Path Champion.[verification needed]

Hall of BaronsEdit

Skein spiders, Frogs and daedrats wander the grounds here. Two dread scorpions, a flesh atronach, and two Blind Path Geomancers make up the first pull. The first and pull feature an obelisk of light: they work exactly the same way they do in Round 6 of Maelstrom Arena. detail that here

Heading north from the first room will lead you to a serene overlook where Fa looks over the vast expanse of Maelstrom while floating. A Challenger's Thoughts can be found propped against a tree near the edge of the cliff.

Heading through the south door and staying straight on that path will lead you to another outdoor overlook where you can talk to Fa and their tutor. As well, you'll find In Memoriam of the Gentle Warrior lying on the ground near Riparius. Heading east at the fork instead will bring you to the next add pull, consisting of a daedroth, two Blind Path Champions, and two scamps. Heading south from here will bring you to another dead end where you'll find In Memoriam of the Scorching Storm.

The northern path leads you to the next pull in an icy room: an ogre, ogre elder, and two troll breakers will contend with you here. A chub loon waddles across the slushy floor. Standing in the frigid waters will damage you. Heading through the east corridor will bring you to a dead end where you can read In Memoriam of the Salt Spray.

The northern corridor will bring you to another fork: the western path brings you to Fa-Nuit-Hen's favorite dead end, where you'll find In Memoriam of the Ashy Wind. The eastern path heralds progression: three feral Argonians and a wamasu block the way forward. This room is similar to Round 7 of Maelstrom Arena: poisonous plants will sprout from the ground. Occasionally, they'll pop with a Poisonous AoE. If you're afflicted by their volatile poison, you need to enter the glowing pool of water to cleanse yourself. Allowing the feral Argonians to stand in the water while it's glowing will grant them invulnerability: keep the enemies out of the water.

A heavy sack can spawn in the northwest corner of this room. Frogs hop through the grass in this verdant chamber. The eastern hallway will bring you out into the Skyvault Foyer.

Skyvault FoyerEdit

An Argonian Behemoth, the Champion of Atrocity, and Maxus the Many hang from the ceiling at the far end of this room. The decor combines elements of the Spiral Shadows and the Vault of Umbrage.

Dungeon BuffsEdit

Three group wide buffs can be obtained in Bedlam Veil by finding and solving the three puzzles in the Skyvault. The buffs are as follows:

5 items: When you taunt an enemy, gain a stack of Broken Shards for 5 seconds, up to 5 stacks max. You can only gain one stack every 1 second. When Broken Shards ends, you release the stacks in an 8 meter blast, dealing 920 Physical damage to enemies hit and applying Major Maim to them for 3 seconds per stack of Broken Shards consumed, reducing their damage done by 10%. The damage scales off your Max Health.

2 items: When your healing critically strikes, your target gains a Hydroglass Damage Shield that absorbs up to 62-2692 damage for 6 seconds. While the Damage Shield holds and for 3 seconds after it ends, the target gains Minor Force, increasing their Critical Damage done by 10%. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds per target.
