Elder Bereha is a Redguard spirit and the grandmother of Spirit Hunter Mayrineh. She can be summoned during your encounter with the spirit hunter.

After answering Mayrineh's questions, she may determine that spirit haunting you is a Lurking-type spirit. If you let her perform the cleansing ceremony, the following will happen:
Mayrineh lights some incense and uses it during the rite. The spirit of an elderly woman appears behind her, and Mayrineh turns around. Mayrineh will then react with one of the following:
- Spirit Hunter Mayrineh: "Grandmother! You should be resting, not wandering about in the minds of others."
- Spirit Hunter Mayrineh: "Grandmother?! Not again. Go back to your grave!"
- Spirit Hunter Mayrineh: "Grandmother? How did you get out here? You should be in your grave!"
The spirit, Elder Bereha, responds with one of the following:
- Elder Bereha: "Just getting some fresh air, dear. You know it gets stuffy and cramped in my grave."
- Elder Bereha: "Why must you ruin my fun?"
- Elder Bereha: "You were always my least favorite grandchild. Will you not allow me to enjoy my afterlife?"
