"<<1>> came with us in our initial assault on the sewers. We didn't know his true nature. He led an Orc regiment deep into the sewers and turned them all into vampires. I fear we will be fighting these monsters for a long time."

"Yes? If you're looking for tasks, there's plenty to do. Talk to General Nedras or just head out into the sewers."

"Busy here. Come talk to me when you've killed some big Daedra in the sewers."

"Bored? Run around the sewers making lots of noise. Something fun is bound to happen."

"Make yourself useful. Go out and kill something."

What's your role here?

"I'm stuck being quartermaster for now. I find all the supplies General Nedras gives out to you sewer rats. Every sword lost, every boot gnawed to pieces, every shield ruined, I have to replace.
And I pay out the bounties from the Hunting Board too."

Do you sell supplies?

"Only to soldiers on the list Nedras gives me. And you're not on that list, so don't even ask."

The Hunting Board?

"For anyone who can rid the sewers of certain Daedra and other scum. I post who's wanted on the Hunting Board. The Daedra don't die, so sending them back to Oblivion for a time is the best we can do. They always come back."

Bounties?

"The bounties are for eliminating enemies General Nedras wants gone. It's an unending task; all the Daedra come back.
Missions are posted on the Hunting Board. If you succeed, come see me for your reward."

Have you seen much action in the sewers?

"I went everywhere in the sewers until I was injured. Now the general makes me stay here and battle our supply problems.
The Daedra are our primary foes, but we encounter Covenant and Pact troops down here, too."

How were you injured?

"I took a lot of hits to the head, thus the eye. I must have run into every Daedra that lurks in the sewers; they all had a part in making me look this way.
I'm still better-looking than you though."

Update 6Edit

"I'll let you in on a little secret. If you ask, the general and the sergeant will give you a slew of orders.
If you want to make some gold though, grab some friends and head into the sewers. Lots of creatures down here with a price on their heads."

"Bored? I've got an idea! Go run around the sewers and make a lot of noise. I can guarantee you one thing—you won't be bored any more."

"Sorry, soldier. I'm busy.
There's a lot of dangerous creatures out there … Daedra, undead, and gods-know-what-else. I'm sure you can find something to do."

"What? You need something to do?
Talk to General Nedras, Sergeant Shaghila, or just head out into the sewers. There's enemies in every corner of the city, and I give you permission to kill them all."

What's your role here?

"General Nedras ordered me to manage the hunting board. Not exactly my cup of Jagga, but I'm trying not to complain.
I've learned the hard way—complain to your superiors about a task and they'll usually just give you something worse."

The Hunting Board?

"Yeah. No one told you? The sewers are teeming with Molag Bal's most dangerous creations—all kinds of Daedra and undead.
We put up bounties on the board. Even if they're killed, they always come back again, so it's a good way to make some gold."

Bounties?

"Yeah. We've got some especially mean Daedra out there in the sewers and we're paying bounties for killing 'em.
They always come back, of course, so it's a never-ending task. If you kill one of them, come see me for your reward."

Any advice?

"Enjoy the little things. For me, that meant killing banekin as eagerly as Daedroth. Take your fun where you find it is my motto. Or it was until Nedras stuck me here.
And watch out for Covenant and Pact soldiers. They're always creeping around."

Have you seen much action in the sewers?

"Yeah. I went out every day to close those damn portals, until I got wounded.
Now the general makes me stay here and battle the hunting board."

How were you injured?

"I was trying to close one of those portals when a Dremora leapt out and attacked. Gave me a nasty scratch, took my eye.
I'm still better-looking than you, though."
