The Insatiable is a legendary hunger native to the Gorge, a pocket realm of Oblivion. Its sole purpose is to devour, and it will ruthlessly carry out this function once summoned to Tamriel, passing effortlessly between realms as it hunts its prey. It has been summoned to Cey-Tarn Keep by Teraniel on behalf of the Court of Bedlam.

While exploring the cellar beneath the keep's refectory with Silurie, Revelator Lindafwe and Jusiciar Hyircil, after reaching a dead end, the Insatiable briefly appears out of a portal to snatch and drag Lindafwe back with it, causing Silurie and Justiciar Hyircil to chase in after them.
After chasing it further into the twisted cellar and reaching its lair, the Insatiable reappears as it prepares to devour the trapped Lindafwe, where you must now stop and slay it.

- Teleporting attack where it disappears through a portal and jumps out from another portal to attack
