The Tranquil Catalog is the register and index of the contents of Apocrypha. It contains every secret and bit of knowledge stored in Apocrypha. Only Hermaeus Mora's most trusted followers and scribes are allowed access, including the Ciphers of the Eye.
The Tranquil Catalog is found in the southwestern area of Apocrypha, within the Endless Library region.
